This is a review for the Curbside Express grocery delivery service coming from this store location. And I must say, I cannot believe I've become a Giant Eagle fan. This is like parting of the Red Sea territory folks. I have been waiting for a good grocery delivery service ever since I moved to the Burgh. Grocery shopping takes entirely up too much time and is not what I want to spend my time doing on a weekend. But because I live in the Strip, I am forced to go into Shadyside and far up north Penn to get my essentials. No store has everything and between the driving and the shopping and the loading and unloading it takes upwards of 4-5 hours. Now for less than $10, I can order any amount and get them delivered to my door. So worth it. That being said, I have two suggestions for improvement: -- Almost everytime I've had a delivery the person has always been on their phone making a personal call. It's kinda rude. You can't wait five minutes? -- I wish there was a bigger selection to order from. Basically I'd like to be able to order anything that's on their shelves. Even lipstick. I hope they make enough off this enterprise to keep it going. This has been GREAT and given me back a part of my precious weekend. Go Curbside Express! Which can also be called Delivery Express from now on.
